This session qualifies for 1 LU/HSW, 1hr ZNCD MCE and NEW – GBCI Credit for self-reporting! (pending approval, live webinar attendees only).

Join us for an in-depth discussion on adaptive reuse, exploring the transformation of underutilized buildings—offices, churches, schools, libraries, and more—into much-needed housing. With rising construction costs, the climate crisis, and the urgent demand for housing, repurposing existing structures offers a viable, sustainable and more equitable solution. This webinar will highlight the environmental impact of embodied carbon, the role of adaptive reuse in meeting global climate goals (including the 1.5°C target), and strategies for navigating policy, financing, and design challenges. Experts from policy, design, and finance will present real-world case studies and discuss best practices for successful building conversions.
