Architectural practices vary widely in size, approach, and perspective, but what unites successful firms are the core values and principles that guide their decision-making and design processes. These foundational elements shape not only the projects a firm undertakes but also its workplace culture, client relationships, and ultimate impact on the built environment.

In our “Running a Practice” series, AIA California explores how architectural firms are integrating three essential principles into their practice:

  • Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)
  • Climate Action
  • Support for Emerging Professionals

Join us in the third session of this series that will offer insight into how today’s firm leaders are creating opportunities that cultivate tomorrow’s firm leaders within their practice, hear testimonials from emerging professionals who are making a mark with their own practices, and engage with young professionals who are influencing today’s architecture firms.

Yoshi Jimenez, Assoc. AIA, NOMA | Designer & Project Lead, Architects FORA
