DESCRIPTION:Construction & Evaluation (CE) focuses on construction contract administration and post-occupancy evaluation of projects. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of and abilities in construction contract execution\, construction support services (including construction observation and shop drawing or submittal review)\, payment request processing\, and project closeout. In addition\, candidates must also demonstrate an understanding and abilities in project evaluation of integrated building systems and their performance. Ron has over 30 years of experience. About Study HubAIA California has a pathway for emerging professionals to study and pursue licensure – The ARE/CSE California Study Hub. These statewide ARE study sessions and virtual study groups will serve as a hub for education\, connection\, and community. This portal will not replace other study materials or resources\, rather it supplements them\, serving as a network and allowing for collaboration between EPs and AIA professionals across California.
